1. 100% US GROWN CORN SOURCE
This is our guarantee of quality - we never sacrifice taste for convenience. Our vodka starts with high-quality 100% US grown corn and then undergoes our signature extra steps in production to give it that unique smoothness you expect from us.
2. THE DISTILLATION
We distill each batch in six columns with hundreds of levels for filtration to provide an absurdly smooth flavor profile - not too strong but still packing some serious punch.
3. THE SUNNY FINISH
Ultrasonic sound waves, above levels of human hearing, are applied to our vodka which begins the process of creating small bubbles. As the bubbles expand and contract, pressure builds until they collapse, folding in on themselves, releasing high pressures & temperatures.
Harnessing bubble cavitation to change the chemical compounds in a system is called sonochemistry. This Creates a more sophisticated, smoother, more approachable, mixable profile & better mouthfeel.
4. Sunny Filtration
Our extra filtration process uses California Limestone. This adds minerals and filters our impurities. It also results in a sweeter aroma, reduced alcohol burn & a uniquely smoother taste-profile. Limestone filtration is not common in the production of vodka, but it is for Sunny.
